Coach Elena
Youth netball coach and mentor
- 🇵🇭 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Since 1984
- English, Filipino
I've coached netball at Rosewood Community Club since 1984. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
What gifts mean to Coach Elena: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
