I've spent 41 years as a lecturer in statistics at Iztapalapa Polytechnic in Iztapalapa. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Rocío: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
