Helping people break into teaching

For nine years I've mentored people in teaching and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Rocío
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Rocío: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
