Rocco Amato
Mentor in first-generation students and leadership
- 🇮🇹 Padua, Veneto, Italy
- Since 2006
- Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,180 people through Padua Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Rocco
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
