Roberto N. Cortés
Mentor in leadership and engineering
- 🇦🇷 Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Jacaranda Association
- Since 1983
- Spanish, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,240 people through Jacaranda Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Roberto: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
