Helping people break into nursing
- 🇪🇹 Bahir Dar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Bahir Dar Foundation
- Since 1999
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,540 people through Bahir Dar Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
