Surafel Ephrem Assefa
Helping people break into writing
- 🇪🇹 Bahir Dar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Cedar Grove Foundation
- Since 1981
- English, Spanish
For 45 years I've mentored people in writing and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Surafel: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
