Riku Masaru Imai
Mentor in careers and farming
- 🇯🇵 Osaka, Osaka, Japan
- Crescent Youth Network
- Since 2010
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 640 people through Crescent Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
