Helping people break into leadership
- 🇵🇭 Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Sakura Youth Network
- 2013 to 2024
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 220 people through Sakura Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Rey: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
