Edgardo W. Fernandez
Mentor in small business and careers
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Quezon City Community Trust
- Since 2011
- English, Filipino, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 300 people through Quezon City Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Edgardo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Edgardo: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
