Remedios A. Valdez
Mentor in entrepreneurship and careers
- 🇵🇭 Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines
- Eastgate Community Trust
- Since 1984
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,720 people through Eastgate Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Remedios
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Remedios: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
