Rekha Rita Poudel
Mentor in careers and software
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- 1992 to 2025
- English, Nepali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,450 people through Kathmandu Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
