Rekha F. Tandon
Tabla and oud teacher
- 🇮🇳 Durgapur, West Bengal, India
- 1982 to 2015
- English
I've played tabla from 1982 to 2015, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Rekha: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
