I've played songwriting from 1979 to 1998, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Chhaya
I wrote my first song when I was 15. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Chhaya: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
