Helping people break into teaching
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- 1995 to 2022
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,080 people through Tokyo Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Reiko
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
