Ratna Zahra Siahaan
Finance mentor, Bekasi
- 🇮🇩 Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia
- Harbor Youth Network
- 1986 to 1998

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 660 people through Harbor Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ratna
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
