Helping people break into first-generation students

For twelve years I've mentored people in first-generation students and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
I'm still learning every day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rashid: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
