I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,230 people through Bayview Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Raquel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Raquel: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first careers job in 2010. I still have your notes. Greetings from Lagos.
