For 17 years I have been the home economics teacher at Trinity Girls' School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 600 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Ramon: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me home economics in 2010 at Trinity Girls' School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays
