Bea Castillo
Chemistry and early years teacher, Mandaue
- 🇵🇭 Mandaue, Cebu, Philippines
- Greenfield Academy
- Since 1981
- English
For 45 years I have been the chemistry teacher at Greenfield Academy. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Bea
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Bea: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
