Rami Rashid Mebarek
Jazz player and teacher in Cairo
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Summit Quartet
- 2011 to 2024
- English
I've played jazz from 2011 to 2024, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 20 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Rami
I wrote my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Rami: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
