Helping people break into farming

For 38 years I've mentored people in farming and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

you helped me get my first farming job in 1988. I still have your notes. Greetings from Bogotá.
