Rahayu Rina Firmansyah
Mentor in design and finance
- 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
- Bandung Learning Hub
- Since 1994
- English, Indonesian, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,090 people through Bandung Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Rahayu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Rahayu: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
