I've worked in baking from 2013 to 2025. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 440 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
