For 40 years I've mentored people in teaching and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Rafiq: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 2007. I still have your notes. Greetings from Mombasa.
