Rafaela Rosângela Cunha
Trades mentor, Guarulhos
- 🇧🇷 Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Guarulhos Youth Network
- 2004 to 2017
- English
For 13 years I've mentored people in trades and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Rafaela
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rafaela: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
