Rafaela Luciana Castro
Helping people break into entrepreneurship
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Northside Foundation
- 1992 to 2003
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 530 people through Northside Foundation.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Rafaela
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rafaela: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
