Rafael Freitas
Mentor in software and engineering
- 🇧🇷 Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Uberlândia Learning Hub
- 2014 to 2024
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 200 people through Uberlândia Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Rafael: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
