Rafael Francisco Lacerda
Mentor in careers and entrepreneurship
- 🇧🇷 Olinda, Pernambuco, Brazil
- Olinda Association
- 1996 to 2010
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 600 people through Olinda Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rafael: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
