Rafael B. Acosta
Helping people break into design
- 🇦🇷 Córdoba, Córdoba, Argentina
- Redwood Community Trust
- Since 1985
- Spanish
For 41 years I've mentored people in design and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Rafael
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
