Radha Sharmila Rana

Volunteer mentor with Highland Foundation

  • 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
  • Highland Foundation
  • Since 2001
  • English
For 25 years I've mentored people in writing and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

More about Radha

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
