Prof. Thornton

Sociology lecturer, Since 1985

  • 🇳🇿 Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand
  • Auckland Polytechnic
  • Since 1985
  • English
I've spent 41 years as a lecturer in sociology at Auckland Polytechnic in Auckland. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I fix old bicycles. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

More about Prof. Thornton

Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
