I teach economics at Tokyo Institute of Technology since 1997, and supervised 43 dissertations along the way.
Former students now work as a nurse and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Prof. Miyazaki: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
