Prof. Baron
Professor of agriculture, Paris Polytechnic
- 🇫🇷 Paris, Île-de-France, France
- Paris Polytechnic
- Since 2001
- French
My subject is agriculture, and for 25 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Paris Polytechnic.
Former students now work as a mechanic and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
More about Prof. Baron
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
