I've spent 24 years as a lecturer in linguistics at Saint-Denis University in Saint-Denis. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Prof. Huet
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Prof. Huet: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
