Helping people break into teaching

For 13 years I've mentored people in teaching and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Priscilla
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Priscilla: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
