I've coached rowing at Colombo Phoenix Swimming Club since 2000. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Prasanna
If you played for me, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
What gifts mean to Prasanna: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
