Piumi Ishara Pathirana
Teacher at Dehiwala Technical College, loves chemistry

- Dehiwala Technical College

For 31 years I have been the chemistry teacher at Dehiwala Technical College. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Piumi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
