Phong Công Vu
Mentor in nursing and careers
- 🇻🇳 Hồ Chí Minh City, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam
- Hồ Chí Minh City Youth Network
- Since 2005
- English, Vietnamese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 740 people through Hồ Chí Minh City Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Phong
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
