Petru Adrian Constantin
Baking for 26 years in București
- 🇷🇴 București, București, Romania
- București Trades Guild
- 1987 to 2013
- English, Romanian
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1987 in București and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Petru
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
