Larisa Elena Popescu
Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇷🇴 București, București, Romania
- The București Repairs
- Since 1997
- English
I've worked in masonry since 1997. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,020 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
More about Larisa
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Larisa: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
