Petro Dmitry Kuznetsov
Coached cross country for 36 years in Kharkiv
- 🇺🇦 Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine
- Brookfield Athletic Club
- Since 1990
- English
I've coached cross country at Brookfield Athletic Club since 1990. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Petro
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Petro: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
