Pedro C. Jiménez
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States
- Ashford Works
- Since 2013
- English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Austin, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 20 years later for another job.
More about Pedro
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
