I've coached boxing at Meadowbank Boxing Gym since 1997. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Patricia
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Patricia: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
