Helping people break into entrepreneurship

For 20 years I've mentored people in entrepreneurship and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Patricia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
