Patricia A. Uy

English literature and economics teacher, Manila

  • 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
  • Manila Grammar School
  • 1984 to 1992
  • English
Manila Grammar School was my second home. I taught English literature there from 1984 to 1992, mostly Grade 6. Over the years I had 190 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Patricia

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Patricia: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
