Parker Alvarado
Youth cricket coach and mentor
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- Stonebridge Youth Club
- 1985 to 1994
- English, French
I coached cricket at Stonebridge Youth Club from 1985 to 1994. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Parker
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Parker: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
