Tiling, done properly

My trade is tiling. I opened my own shop in 1993 in San Francisco and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Pamela: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
