I'm a ceramics artist based in Nairobi. I've been making things from 1989 to 2017 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Nairobi Studio, which keeps me honest.
More about Ouma
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Ouma: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
