Tiling, done properly
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Old Kinondoni Trades Guild
- 1994 to 2016
- English, Swahili
I've worked in tiling from 1994 to 2016. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 460 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 22 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
